Taught by Two Magpies Bakery founder, Rebecca Bishop, the winner will be able to learn the fundamentals of sourdough bread – mixing, shaping and baking that can be recreated time and again at home. Run at Two Magpies Bake School in Darsham, the cours is suitable for all levels of experience and includes refreshments, a light lunch, a glass of Adnams Prosecco, a recipe folder and apron.
