Nermen Sayed first started her journey in cake decorating around four years ago and hasn't looked backNermen's cakes incorporate her artistic flare but she explained that these skills didn't come without hard work, it was through continuous training and practice that she excelled. The cakes are a classical style, the majority of time Nermen makes wedding cakes, sugarpaste roses and does plenty of modeling. She explained that modeling can be tough when you're new to it but each time you make a mistake you gain new skills and move forward in a better position, more equipped for a client request.

I'm inspired by nature, graphics, paintings and colours
- Make sure you sketch out your idea – by doing this you'll know what direction you want your creation to take rather than letting any mistakes dictate what the outcome is.
- For the first few cakes stick to the same format, the practice is worth it.
- Finally, choose the right sugar paste for what you are doing – research!
