Cake International is the number one destination for those with serious cake-related wanderlust. This is where bakers, cake decorators and cake artists gather together to share new discoveries and creations, developing the skills that collectively allow the worldwide art of cake decorating to flourish and grow. Now in its 27th year, Cake International is where you can see the most groundbreaking, avant-garde cake art created around the world. It really is a calendar highlight for cake connoisseurs and beginner bakers alike! Visitors to the 2017 spring Cake International shows (Alexandra Palace, London 22-23rd April) will be treated to over 100 top cake exhibitors, a display of stunning competition pieces and some simply fabulous features. For cake decorators, whether beginners or professionals, Cake International is also the world’s largest cake decorating shop! Baking and sugarcraft businesses will be in attendance, plus visitors can do some hands-on learning with daily programmes of workshops, talks and demonstrations. Mary's Meals

Couture Sugarpaste is already a household name among cake decorators, and now we have one more reason to love Couture. Cake Stuff are working alongside Mary’s Meals, a Scottish charity, to provide meals for the world’s poorest children. Cake Stuff will donate a portion of all Couture sales, so that every 5kg of Couture sold will provide one good meal for a child. In January alone, they were able to give a meal to 5,384 children!
