A software project manager, a techno DJ and a mental health specialist will join a research scientist, a banker and a blood courier (among others) in the kitchen. Each of the 12 contestants has a particular style, often influenced by their heritage, family or passion for baking.

The line-up is as follows:

Rahul, a research scientist aged 30

He moved from India to the UK for university and has an East-Meets-West baking style.
