Brush embroidery is a beautiful, artistic type of technique and it's used in sugar craft art.

To create this effect you use a paintbrush dipped in royal icing and in brush motions you decorate your cake which will start to look like stitching in fabric. It's a brilliant effect, not to mention pretty easy and quick too! The technique works in 2D and 3D and we suggest trying out flowers, animals, sea waves, and objects. You could place your brush embroidery on a biscuit or a layered cake, whatever you see fit!
