We understand that coffee is one of the nations favourite hot beverages but we are always striving to make it taste a bit better!

We know that if we were to order a hot chocolate we would all look a bit like big kids with an immature palette, so we’ll take any route to making coffee as close to hot chocolate as possible. This new food trend plays on our true desires, but has the added attraction of making your coffee Instagrammable, which today, is crucial. Takeout Drawing in Seoul is one of the coffee shops now selling this funky drink called Paul’s Meringue Factory.
All it consists of is a cup of espresso and milk topped with a beautifully piped meringue. This is the cream of the crop, and the meringue – which FYI does not melt – is made to be picked up and used as a dunking device for your coffee.
If you want one you'll have to book a flight and make a big trip because, sadly, Paul’s Meringue Factory is currently only available at Takeout Drawing. However considering it has taken off on Instagram, it is very likely that chic little coffee shops in the big city will start piling meringues on top of their coffee cups any day now. Get ready, people. Soon you’ll be able to enjoy coffee with all sorts of fancy treats and chocolate toppers! This story first appeared on Metro
