The Scottish Baking Awards are back for 2020 – could you be hailed Scotland’s best?
With a host of brilliant celebrity judges and an exciting range of categories for entrants to choose from, founder Melanie Andrews MBE is bringing back the Scottish Baking Awards in September 2020 following a short break.
Established in 2009, the awards show offers entries from artisan bakers in Scotland – where bakers would normally have to travel south of the border to attend baking shows like Cake International and the Cake & Bake Show – and across the UK.
The awards will take place on September 5th 2020 at the prestigious Mar Hall in Bishopton and categories include specialist baking (dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free), vegan, home baking, patisserie, sugarcraft, cake artistry/novelty cakes, chocolate and bread. Entries are now open to amateurs, students, juniors and professionals (UK and Ireland).
