Raspberry Ice Cream

This Raspberry Ice Cream recipe doesn’t require an ice cream machine or even to be frozen – just three ingredients added to a blender for real, creamy, fruity ice cream, which takes only 5 minutes to create.

Ingredients
- 200g frozen raspberries
- 250ml double cream
- 1 tsp icing sugar
Method
- Blend all of the ingredients together for approx 20/30seconds.
- Serve immediately, or place in a container in the freezer until required.
