Autumn berry traybake pudding
Packed full of berries, this autumal traybake pudding is super easy to bake and a sure winter warmer when you want to bake tasty comfort food!

Ingredients
- 500g (1lb 1oz) bag Aldi frozen Black Forest fruit mix
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 300g (101/2oz) self-raising flour
- 150g (51/2oz) light brown sugar plus 2 tbsp
- 1 free-range egg, beaten
- 180ml (6fl oz) semi-skimmed milk
- 125ml (41/2fl oz) olive oil
- ready-to-serve custard, to serve
- squeezy honey, to serve
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4.
Place the frozen fruits into a 24x18x4cm (91/2x7x11/2in) deep tray and sprinkle over 2 tbsp brown sugar.
Put 150g (51/2oz) brown sugar and flour into a bowl and mix well. Beat the milk, egg and oil together well, then add to the flour and sugar mixture. Stir, but do not overwork the mixture.
Spoon over the fruit and sugar, spread out evenly, then pop into the oven.
Cook for 25-30 minutes or until well browned and risen. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
Turn out onto a tray, cut and serve with warm, ready-to-serve custard and a nice drizzle of honey.
