- 430 g chocolate cake mix
- 320 g SKIPPY Smooth Peanut Butter
- 455 g vanilla buttercream icing
Prepare the cake mix, then bake and cool the cake according to the packet directions for cupcakes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, blend together 190g (6¾oz) peanut butter and the icing until smooth; spread evenly over the cupcakes.
In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave the remaining peanut butter on full (100%) for 30 seconds, or until melted. Drizzle over the cupcakes.
