This easy hazelnut chocolate muffins recipe will certainly satisfy any cravings!

Ingredients

  • 185 g hazelnuts, roasted and finely ground
  • 185 g self-raising flour
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 240 ml Alpro Hazelnut Original drink
  • 80 ml sunflower oil
  • 60 g dark chocolate pieces

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C/Gas Mark 5. Line a muffin tray with paper cases.

In a bowl, mix the ground hazelnuts with the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the Alpro HaJzelnut Original and sunflower oil, stirring all the time.

Finally, add the chocolate pieces and mix thoroughly.

Fill the muffin cases with the mixture to three-quarters full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
