Ingredients

For the tart crust:

  • 150 g plain flour
  • 50 g California walnuts (finely chopped)
  • 35 g icing sugar
  • 80 g salted butter (softened)
  • 1 egg (large)

For the filling:

  • 425 g tinned pumpkin
  • 115 g cream cheese
  • 100 g light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 75 g California walnuts (coarsely chopped)
