This raspberry ice cream recipe doesn't require an ice cream machine or to be frozen - just three ingredients added to a blender and only takes 5 minutes...
Ingredients
- 200g frozen raspberries
- 250ml double cream
- 1 tsp icing sugar
Instructions

Blend all of the ingredients together for approx 20/30seconds.
