Fruity ice lollies - did someone say summer?

We'll hold our hands up - these aren't strictly baked goods unless you make your own granola - but how yummy do these fruity ice lollies look?! Delicious for warm spring days or sweltering hot summers, these delicious Breakfast Compote Lollies are perfect to make with the kids in half term or to cool your little ones down on a warm summer day. Ingredients

  • 60 g toasted granola
  • 2 tbsp Bonne Maman Salted Caramel
  • 300 g fat-free thick-set natural yoghurt
  • 200 g Bonne Maman Cherry, Apricot or Rhubarb Compote

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the granola with the caramel and stir well to combine.

Spoon the mixture into the bottom of 6 ice-lolly moulds and press down firmly with the handle of a wooden spoon.

Add alternative dollops of yoghurt and compote. Insert a lolly stick into each and freeze overnight until firm.
