Chocolate refrigerator cake
With only four ingredients, this chocolate fridge cake is an easy dessert to make especially when you don't have to bake it!

- 400 g dark chocolate
- 170 g Aldi Creamy Butter, unsalted
- 200 g Aldi Biscuit Co. digestive biscuits
- 300 g Aldi Wholefoods Trail Mix
Line a 900g (2lb) loaf tin with clingfilm.
Break up the chocolate and put it into a large heatproof bowl along with the butter. Melt the chocolate mixture in the bowl resting over a pan of simmering water.
Crush the digestive biscuits, either in a food processor or with a rolling pin. Chop the trail mix into small pieces, or you can do this in the food processor.
Take the chocolate off the heat, add the biscuit crumbs and chopped trail mix, then mix well.
Pour the mixture into the tin, then tap the tin a few times to settle the mixture. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour, then serve in slices.
