We definitely can’t wait to make these for our family Easter events!
For those who love to decorate beautiful cakes inspired by Easter and spring colours, turn to page 61 where Dani Brazier demonstrates how to create a pastel effect with buttercream on your cake and also pipe a little nest on top ready for adding little chocolate eggs. Our cover star this month is an adorable little chick modelled expertly by Vicky Teather on page 76 – no matter your skill level you can achieve the same finish!
