With the new year also comes new trends, and we look ahead to the trends seen in cake decorating that we’ll be taking from 2022 and seeing lots more of in 2023. Bas relief is a classic technique that
continues to reign, and Karen Keaney shows how to take this trend to another level by keeping the colour scheme pure white on her bird scene, for an exquisite, chic look.
