Special offer! Tickets for this webinar are just £5 (one-time only offer)
In this 'doughy' online session, James Hillery, who featured in Season 8 of The Great British Bake Off, will be sharing his knowledge and top tips for how you can achieve the perfect dough and loaf!
The webinar will focus on the more complex end of the dough spectrum, an enriched and laminated Danish pastry dough. This dough needs an overnight prove in the fridge to develop flavour. Once mastered it gives you a versatile dough that is great for breakfast treats such as pain aux raisin or it can be shaped and filled in many creative ways.
Following the live session, you'll receive a link to watch the webinar recording and download James' recipe and top tips sheet.
