Entries are now open for the NEC live competition with a huge £2,500 cash prize sponsored by Saracino! With 21 categories to choose from there is something for everyone from floral to weddings and Decorative Exhibit to Cookies. Take advantage of the early bird entry and save money if you enter now.

The show will be packed full of show stopping feature pieces, cake artists, an unmissable workshop line-up, the biggest selection of supplies and the world's biggest competition.

Plus, this November Cake International will be bringing you a brand-new virtual show from the NEC with exclusive, behind the scenes content, streamed directly to your screens! For those unable to attend the show at the NEC or just wanting even more action, get your ticket to the all-new LIVE NEC Edition sponsored by Fractal Colours! This includes a virtual competition, with great categories to choose from, your work judged by the esteemed CI judges and the Best in Show winner receiving a £200 cash prize without even leaving the comfort of their own home!

The workshop tutors at Cake International are always world-renowned and with strictly limited availability, students get personal and professional tuition. 2021 is no different, with some of the very best artists lined up to teach invaluable skills and techniques which you can apply to your own future work. Whether you are looking to brush up on your sculpting, hand painting or buttercream skills, the workshops are a full day of learning and include lunch and refreshments.

The feature displays are always breathtaking and this year you can expect to see an array of features. The formidable Emma Jayne will be creating something equally as impressive as her previous features – in 2017 her viral War Horse was on display, in 2018 the Trapeze artist, in 2019 Iorek Byrnison from His Dark Materials, the life-size polar bear was a sight to behold.

As ever the CI theatre will be a hive of excitement with our host Rosie Cake Diva introducing our demonstrators, running the popular Cake Off and announcing our competition winners alongside Head Judge David Close.
