With a history spanning over 120 years, Le Cordon Bleu has experienced the whole of Queen Elizabeth’s reign.
After being invited to prepare the Coronation Luncheon for Her Majesty, creating the recipe “Poulet Reine Elizabeth” which is now widely known as Coronation Chicken, Le Cordon Bleu London will also be celebrating the Queen’s very special milestone birthday with another bespoke creation.
To wish the Queen a very happy 90th birthday, Master Chefs at Le Cordon Bleu have created the Queen Elizabeth Celebration Entrement. Made with wild strawberries, lychee liquor and Cointreau mousse, all on a shortbread biscuit this is the perfect way to mark this year’s royal event.
